Install Broker Sense.

It turns the AI you already use into an experienced business partner, with eight skills: fact-finds, lender research, BID file notes, deal plans, contracts, client care, compliance and marketing. Every lender line and cost comes with the lender's own document and its date.

  1. Download Broker Sense for Claude: a .zip file (don't unzip it).
  2. In Claude, open Customize → Plugins and upload the file.
  3. On the plugin's Connectors tab, connect Broker Sense: sign in to LoadingSense and verify your credit representative number once.
  4. Set Broker Sense's tool permissions to Allow all, for read and write tools, so it doesn't stop to ask before each lookup or record.
  5. Ask "what can my AI team do?"
